What is a Log Book Service?

Your vehicle's manufacturer specified time or KM's for item replacement or maintenance.

What happens if I miss a Service?

You can catch up at the next service.

Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?

No.  There is no requirement under the Australian Consumer Law for a vehicle to be serviced by an authorized dealer in order for the consumer guarantees and manufacturer’s warranty to apply, provided the service is accordance with the specified requirements by a qualified mechanic or service centre. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

No, we keep your records on file when we service your vehicle. If you are a new customer bring in your previous invoices.

Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or a digital report of what's wrong with my car?

Yes we can provide a digital report upon request. Chat with our friendly staff for more info.

How long will the service take?

Depending on which service is due, the servicing time can vary. When you book in we can give you an estimate.

How much will my service cost?

Once you have given us your vehicle details we can organise a quote for your service.

How can I pay for my Service?

We accept Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card.

When are you Open?

Our Pialba workshop is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. We are not open on weekends.

What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?

Our office is open at 7.30am so you can drop off then.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

Yes you are welcome to drop off your car out of hours, however, please let us know at time of booking.

Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?

We do have a Secure Key drop off box. Please let us know at time of booking you will be using this.

Can I collect my car after hours?

By prior arrangement, you can collect your car after hours. Chat with our friendly staff to make payment prior to collecting your car.

Can you pick up my car from home?

If you live within our service are we can definitely organise to collect your car from home or office. Please book in advance so we can allocate staff and time.

Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?

Yes we can drop you home, please arrange prior.

What happens if something is not right after my car service?

We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then let us know and we can organise to inspect the issue. Plus you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.

Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?

Yes, we will advise you when your next service is due.

Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?

Yes we can arrange for your car to be serviced at the same time it is in for repairs. Please let us know in advance so we can allocate time and staff.

How do I book in a Service?

To book in your car please call our expert team during business hours 8-5 Mon to Fri or use our easy online booking form 24/7 to make an enquiry. Please provide as much details about your vehicle and what you need done or concerns you have.

I don't drive much, do I still need a service?

Yes, you certainly do. We suggest you still book in a service once a year.

Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?

It is most convenient to have repairs done while your car is in the workshop for a service. If you are aware of the issue, then let us know in advance so we can order in parts and allocate more time for your job. Otherwise we can rebook you car in for repairs.

Can you wash my car?

Yes we have the facilities to wash your car. Please advise us when making a booking.

What type of oils and parts do you use?

We use only the best oils and parts for all car servicing and repairs.

Do you check my brakes during a service?

Rest assured, we check your brakes at every service and record the thickness of your brake pads.
